The Tuol Sleng prison museum was once a high school until the Khmer Rouge and Pol Pot installed Kaing Guek Eav, "Duch" as chief warden. Many people were gruesomely tortured to death, making Tuol Sleng an equally horrifying place as Auschwitz.
